Drill four 5mm holes. |
Hammer rubber particles into the wall. |

Align the screw holes on the base with those on the wall, tighten the expansion screw, and cover it with the cap. |
Place the coat rack on the secured base. |
Thread the hook through the hole in the rack and cover it with the rubber sleeve. |
